By accessing or using any of our services, products, or platforms—whether through Oort X, Oort X Media, or any associated sites owned or operated by Oort Cloud Group Digital LLC and Psy Media Solutions LLC—you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement governs your use of all services provided by our hosting platform, media services, and digital products.

4.1. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all content hosted through your account, including but not limited to website data, media files, and customer information. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your hosted content unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

• Data Backups: While we may offer backup services, it is your responsibility to maintain up-to-date backups of your content. Oort X is not liable for data loss.

• Security: Users are responsible for implementing security measures to protect their hosted data.

4.2. Fair Use Policy

Oort X provides cost-effective, unlimited hosting services under a Fair Use Policy. While there are no strict limits on storage or bandwidth, we expect users to use the resources responsibly. Excessive use of server resources that negatively impacts other users may result in service restrictions or account termination.

• Fair Use: We reserve the right to review and limit accounts that use excessive resources or disrupt the server environment. This includes, but is not limited to, high CPU usage, bandwidth hogging, or storage abuse.

• Violation of Fair Use Policy: If a user exceeds reasonable limits, Oort X reserves the right to take action, including throttling, additional charges, or account suspension/termination.

5. Right to Remove Platforms or Content

Oort X, Oort Cloud Group Digital LLC, and Psy Media Solutions LLC reserve the right to remove any website, platform, or hosted content that violates these Terms & Conditions or that we deem harmful to our infrastructure, business operations, or other users. This includes content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable law.

• Notice of Removal: We will notify you of any decision to remove content or suspend services, with a reasonable timeframe to address the issue unless the violation is severe.

• Severe Violations: In cases of hate speech, illegal activities, or threats to security, we reserve the right to immediately terminate services without prior notice.

All content, trademarks, logos, and services provided by Oort X, Oort Cloud Group Digital LLC, Psy Media Solutions LLC, and partner sites are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• User-Generated Content: Any content uploaded by users remains their intellectual property, but by using our services, you grant us a license to host, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of providing our services.

• Oort X Property: You agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute our intellectual property without express written permission.

7. Termination of Services

Oort X reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s account or access to services for violating these Terms & Conditions, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

• Account Termination: We may terminate accounts without prior notice if the violations are severe, including but not limited to illegal activity, fraud, or security threats.

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of termination or suspension, users may contact our support team to resolve the issue.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Oort X, Oort Cloud Group Digital LLC, and Psy Media Solutions LLC provide services on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or interruption of service.

• No Guarantee of Uptime: While we strive to maintain a high level of service uptime, we cannot guarantee 100% availability.

• Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.
